Stripped existing roof material, cleaned down recovered with breathable membrane, laid battens & re-tiled using Marley fitted ridge tiles. Checked all.

"We had quotes from a number of firms - based on Tom Fleming Roofing services approach (clear, concise) we went with them. They were courteous at all times and left each day with the area clean and tidy. They turned up at 8am each day and finished the work ahead of expected time. Carried out remedial works to ridging and chimney heads to repair leaky roof by installing a dry ridge system and cut lead aprons to chimney heads
 

"This was the third time I used this firm. The above job was on our rented property but previously they replaced our own home's garage roof and also fitted ventilation tiles in our roof.
