REF A : Repairs to roof elevations and chimney above lead centre gutter. 1.Supply and build scaffolding. 2.Strip section of slates from gable end. 3.Cut felt from below slates. 4.Apply primer and fibreglass paint to lead box gutter. 5.Reslate gable end and supply slates to make up. 6.Supply and fix chimney pot, 2 elephants feet and rehaunch chimney head. 7.Supply and fix clip to downpipe and hopper head. 8.Repair gable end where necessary.

"I recently used John Glendinning for roofing work and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From the outset, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and immediately put me at ease.

He responded promptly to provide a quote, which was both fair and clearly detailed. When it came to carrying out the work, he arrived exactly as agreed and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Both John and his team were polite and professional throughout, and they left everything clean and immaculate afterwards, which I really appreciated.

Flat roof repair. We experienced a flat roof failure. The result was that water was pouring in every time there was heavy rain.

"John wasted no time in coming to the house to diagnose the problem and giving us a quote to sort it out. The weather was against us, but John kept an eye out and made sure to get the work done as soon as it was safe and conditions were suitable. He brought his crew and they worked diligently to get the roof watertight. Their high-quality work looks great, including the lead flashing work. They were polite, friendly and efficient."

"I had the pleasure of hiring John Glendinning Roofing Ltd to slate the roof of my garage and I was extremely impressed by the quality of the work and the end result.
John is incredibly knowledgeable about the best materials and techniques for slating a garage roof especially as this one was a low gradient. His team are very professional, punctual and kept the working area spotless. Their attention to details is first class I am so happy with the end result.

"John Glendinning's team did a complete re roof after my roof was badly damaged by a solar company . John helped me find a new solar company to get the system built back into the roof with a flawless finish .The team were fast, efficient, tidy, polite and finished the job to a high standard .
