Repointing work on wall of house where it joins the roof of another part of the building. Repointing chimney stack, removing old seal at bottom of chimney and applying new seal of masonry. All the works are to prevent ingress of water to the house.

"It was very difficult to get a roofer during autumn / winter and Alan Brown was one of the few who actually responded. They were honest about timelines but made a commitment to do the work. They were very busy and it took two visits to do the work. Everything went smoothly, they were professional, gave me confidence in their abilities and sorted the areas that were causing water ingress to the building. The cost was in line with what we expected and I would not hesitate to use Alan Brown Roofing Services Ltd again."

"Alan Brown roofing were a very pleasant and efficient company to deal with. The communication was excellent, we were always called in advance to make sure appointment times were suitable. The work was carried out in a timely manner and we were billed exactly as quoted so no expensive surprises at the end of the work.
They were very friendly and tidy.

The started when they said that they would. I had to wait for an estimate because they couldn’t come out straight away, but it was worth it. They explained everything that they would need to do, they were very honest.
