"Our property had previously been on the market with another local estate agent and the experience had been awful, meeting Wally at Mitchell & Partners in Ash Vale was like a breath of fresh air.

From our initial meeting he was polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the local market, he quickly arranged viewings for us, all of which he accompanied.

He gave us feedback after every viewing and we felt confident every viewer was followed up.

Once we had secured an offer on our property he was just as helpful, constantly staying in touch with us, communicating with our solicitors and our mortgage broker.

"We found our house via a listing on a property website then called the agency, and were able to arrange an appointment for the next day.

The agent we met showed us around, gave us a summary of the last work on the house, and the reasons the seller was selling it. He was very patient allowing us to look closely around, whilst talking about the town, and the property market in the area.

After we placed an offer, and it was accepted, the agent explained the next steps and recommended a local solicitor, who also worked very well for us.

Later when the two sellers had a personal conflict about selling the house, the estate agent called us to explain the delay and the background situation. He was very sympathetic to our frustration at this, and assured us we would be kept informed as it developed, and did so.

We were contacted and week before completion to arrange how and where to collect the keys, and were called promptly on the day as soon as the exchange completed.

Overall dealing with Mitchell and Partners was a very pleasant first experience."

I was kept informed as to what was happening with my property and more importantly once it was 'sold' they looked after the buyers. My first property was bought through the company when it was at Aldershot so I am very pleased indeed that they were responsible for what I hope will be my last 'sell'. They were open and honest at all times and I felt as if the marketing of my property was in good hands. Even the buyers commented about how they were kept informed by 'my' agents. I can't recommend them highly enough. We were particularly touched by their kind gestures just before the move. The property was in a nice area of Ashvale within a crescent just what we were looking for a chalet bungalow with 3 good sized bedrooms, ample parking and important to us a south facing garden and in need of updating.

"The service we received from the agent was outstanding, he listened to my requirement and contacted me as soon as a property came available that suited every need. He gave us a regular update as information became available from solicitor, seller surveyor etc. we had got to a point where we thought we would never find what we were looking for at the point of contact from the agent.
