"This work was arranged by local council/occupational therapist. Within one day of her call to you, my mum was contacted and the job was done in less than a week. She was very impressed with the prompt service, everything was explained over the telephone. date/time/name of employee calling.
Eric Hendelson undertook the work. He was on time introduced himself, completed the work efficiently and tiding. He was very pleasant and friendly.
