Moving from a first floor maisonette to another first floor maisonette with an external staircase. Asked for washing machine to be removed as well just a couple of days before move day.

"Knightmovers were brilliant start to finish. From booking to the actual move everyone was helpful, professional and friendly.
On the day it was pouring down with rain, they arrived on time, and although it was a relatively small amount to move ( one bed flat ), there were stairs to negotiate at both ends. They were quick, efficient and made the whole experience easy.
Cannot recommend this company enough. Made the whole experience easy and stress free."

Move from Dolgellau to Gellifor. Initial sale fell through last year, and a week before the move, we updated our moving list as we''d underestimated hiw much we had!

"Although we have selected no to having information explained, all the information was shared with us well in advance of our move.

Ieuan and Matt were exceptional in all aspects of their service on the day. They worked so hard and with care that we were particularly impressed with both of them.

We would gladly recommend these two and Knightmovers to anyone looking for a reliable removal firm.

This is the second time we've used Knightmovers, and would not hesitate to use them again.

A full house of 20 year ownership, so lots of belongings to move, many old fragile items. Also required 6 months of storage for about half of the items.

"The move was as painless as it can be, anyone thinking of hiring a truck and doing it them selves would be foolish !
Great care to items being moved and the property being moved out of and into was taken, arriving as agreed to collect, and happy to wait around on the delivery day for us to get the keys to the new house, even though there was no legal parking nearby.
We would highly recommend this company.

Our only small negative being that the items stored for 6 months did smell a little ….. and we don’t think they did when we packed them.

Everyone from the office to the drivers worked hard.

"We highly recommend Night Movers. From the initial request right to the end. The seller was very vague re pick up date and time but despite these dates changing at the last minute, Night-movers pulled out all the stops to ensure customer satisfaction.
The men were careful, respectful and very professional. I cannot thank Kerry enough who steered a sinking ship into calm waters.

Moving elderly relative from house of many years to assisted living. Knightmovers came to do an initial assessment and then provided a quote. Full inventory taken and log of boxes/bags required. The company also do packing to ensure safe transit and reduce the work involved prior to removal. Methodically worked through each room, checking items and loading carefully. Dismantled as required and reassembled at the new property. Placing items as directed.

"Wonderful and efficient. We were anxious about the move but Knightmovers have been great from start to finish.
They saw to everything we asked for and highlighted anything we needed to be aware of.

"They made the experience stressfree. On the day of moving the team arrived on time (they travelled from Wales to Birmingham and then moved us to Wales). We moved house from the Midlands to North Wales and decided to use Knightmovers.

"We cannot fault them. Knightmovers were excellent, from start to finish. We contacted them several times by phone and e-mail, to ask advice, book our move and alter the items we had listed (following a big clearout!). They were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

They worked really hard and very efficiently, making the whole thing stress free for us. Having travelled a 3 hour journey to get to us, they arrived five minutes before the time they said they would. That was impressive.

The move itself was done over 2 days. Collection on the 1st day and delivery on the 2nd. This made everything so much easier. The removal men who did our move were brilliant. Very professional and efficient. They took care of our items and collected and delivered everything right on time.

We thought moving half way across the country, on a 3 hour journey was going to be difficult... but Knightmovers made it easy.
We would definitely recommend them! Brilliant service! 😁👍"

Moving a 5 bedroom house in north wales to a property one hour away also in north wales Small garden moved too . Items such as a 7ft larder unit and also a an american fridge freezer went in the move. Both heavy and bulky items

"We moved on wednesday with knightmovers. What a fantastic team of 4 renoval men. The team leader was very on the ball and thorough and checked with us that everything had been packed. They were very quick but also very careful as to how they packed things, Unloading the other end was a hard task because of the style of house and lots of steep stairs. I did not envy them carrying the american fridge freezer up those , but they did.
I can only say good things about this company and would highly recommend"

Arrived on time, pleasant and helpful staff, we were only moving a short distance, but it felt like miles to us. All done in an expert friendly manner, very helpful when I could not quite decide where thing should go. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

"Quick and easy. All staff very friendly, but still get the messages and points across which makes you feel much better at a stressful time. All actions followed up with emails or letter mail. Nothing is left to chance. A phone call reminder to let you know the date is coming up. Plenty of chances to change your mind if you choose to. We requested a 'Furniture Only' removal opting to take all personal items ourselves to savez¬ money. If we ever move again we will use the full service, there is ALWAYS more than you think when emptying a property."

The mive was fairly local from the Llŷn Peninsula to Ardudwy. There was a problem with a wardrobe which would not fit under a door, but this was dealt with calmly by deconstructing the wardrobe and putting it together again.

"The two handlers were polite, professional and inspired total confidence. They managed the move quickly and efficiently, and clearly knew how to go about things. Nothing went wrong. It was a pleasure to have them remove our household, and we are glad that we chose Knightmovers."

Taking furniture and packed boxes on a cross country drive when selling our holiday home including taking various items back with them. Certain items were very heavy and a couple quite valuable and both properties had difficult twists and turns to negotiate.

"The service we received was friendly, flexible and helpful. The whole process was made easy and relatively pain free. The contact in the office was friendly and helpful as were the removal staff on the agreed removal day. "Nothing could be too much trouble for Knightmovers transporting my furniture from North wales to North Norfolk. Kerry and Sharon in the office were super flexible on holding possible dates for me and went out of their way to be helpful. Hayden and Ioan on the lorry were efficiency personified and worked hard to get everything safely packed up. Full packing service much recommended. Very many thanks. First of all our furniture and possessions went into store for a year.The collection was efficiently and speedily completed. Everything was delivered 300 miles to our new home and very quickly unloaded and put exactly where we required.

"No breakages or damages after a year away.Excellent Service all round. All our needs were met.Quote came through in a few days.Very detailed.Plenty of supporting document to explain the whole process.Move date was sorted without any issues.
Efficient collection and loading.
Goods kept safe and sound for a year in storage.
Provisional date agreed for move in,very accommodating.The delivery was made right on time and the movers were quick and efficient.
Everything came back as it left us.Great work,very efficient removal company."

From northwest to South Wales, via Porthmadog and Llanbedr.

"A little disappointed not to get even a small loyalty discount when I asked for one, as this was my fourth time using Knightmovers.

I found the paperwork a bit confusing, as I only have a mobile phone to view everything, and no printer. I would have used the part packing service, but the quote was too high, well beyond my budget.

Can’t fault the service provided by Kerry in the office and the crew over my two day move, Hayden and Sion. Hayden has overseen all four moves, a fantastic guy with a great sense of humour!

The move went very well, nothing was too much trouble and the crew worked very hard in spite of the hot weather. I had just had my new home repainted throughout and the carpets cleaned. The crew took great care - nothing was damaged and the carpets were protected with new blankets.
