"The company were excellent. My exchange date was well beyond their payment deadline but they stuck with me and didn't pull out. They gave me a 10% discount because I used Sowerbys estate agents. The loading and unloading team were excellent thoughtful and helpful. The only minor issue was small chips to some ornaments, one breakage I can repair, and a very wet chair back. But overall they were excellent."
