Excellent service. Spread over 2 days, the move was less stressful and very well organised.

We moved smoothly from a small 2 bed mid terrace to a larger 3 bed end of terrace in the centre of Cardiff. Parking at both houses was residential permit which offered some obstacles but the team were able to work around that and get excellent access to both homes.

It was a very straighforward move from a 3-bed semi, to a 4-bed detached just around the corner from where we were living. We don''t have too much furniture or belongings or any items which are particularly expensive of fragile.

Moved from a large house to a small bungalow.

Chapman removals are currently holding my possessions in storage waiting for me to request delivery to Türkiye where I now reside.

This was a move of about ten miles from one 3bedroom house to a smaller 3 bedroom house. It included packing. Many artistic items and paintings.

Moved a 3-mile distance from existing home - nothing particularly interesting only household/garden items to transport.

Not a long distance move but at very short notice!

Impressed by the man who came to do the assessment, really warm and friendly and so professional. . V impressed by the two who came to pack on the first day. They were quiet and calm etc and efficient - really really great all round. 5 stars there. Really helped lift the stress. They said the house was much more empty than they expected so they were pleased.

Move locally from bungalow to 4 bed house. Included 1400 books, which were not to be unpacked as this is a short term move, and could be stored in garage at new property. New property included 180degree stairs. Previous 2 houses had been 4 bedroom, so quite a lot of furniture, some of which did not go into this property, but into the ''garage''

Moving from a two bedroom to a three bedroom house.

A complicated removal and house clearance involving both local and long distance multi drop locations.

The move took place over two days, I had around 50 boxes, plus furniture and contents of the shed and garden. I was packed up incredibly quickly the first day by the team, including dismantling bed, a high sleeper bed and desk, and wardrobes. The second day the team unpacked and rebuilt everything where we wanted it. All of the team from start to finish were great, friendly, polite, respectful and worked quickly.

Moved elderly and disabled parent from a large house to a smaller bungalow also moved us shortly afterwards from a large house to a smaller bungalow. Helped dismantle and rebuild furniture over a weekend, helped transport items to different addresses - helped with packing and materials. Excellent all round

It wasn''t a simple move, as the dates kept changing. Chapmans were very patient & helpful.
