"Very happy with this firm and I would use them again. I have already recommended to a friend.
visit for estimate and on day of fitting all happened exactly as expected.
Carpet fitters tidied up before leaving.
Price competitive, especially when taking into account the fact that they could move our furniture at no extra cost. This would have been an extra cost with other carpet suppliers and is an important consideration when you get older.
No money paid upfront - only when happy with the service given."

"I had four estimates from various carpet suppliers
To be honest longs were not the cheapest,but also not the most expensive.they were,however the most proffesional and the ones who seemed to care the most.Each time I popped into the shop to get an update or ask any questions,I felt that they took the time to explain
In detail.i have recommended them to a family member and they have also ordered.i am sure their experience will be as pleasant as mine."

Complete new kitchen installation and decoration.

"I can't praise the team from Schuller kitchens by Longs highly enough. We contacted 6 companies for quotes and chose Longs because their pre-installation service was so excellent. From our initial contact with Chris Long and Dina Bizani (Kitchen Designer) we were impressed with their open friendly manner and their attention to detail.
Chris assured us that we could basically have any layout we wanted and any plumbing/electric changes were no problem whereas some companies seemed to think that would be problematic.
Dina produced a detailed computerised graphic of what our kitchen would look like and she really spent time with us. Nothing was too much trouble and her design skills are excellent so the design not only looked brilliant but functions practically too.
Their quote was at the top end of our budget but they took the time to find some middle ground which allowed us to proceed with them.
My only reservation at that point was that would the actual installation live up to the promised finished product. I needn't have worried as Chris and his team worked to an incredibly high standard and stripped the old kitchen, did some major plumbing and electrical work, fitted a new door and skirtings, decorated throughout as well as fitting a new ceiling and floor. They then installed the new kitchen and all new appliances.
Chris kept us informed of daily events and answered any questions we had. We did have an issue with the standard of painting of the new door and he sent a workman back to redo the work.
We choose the flooring from Longs flooring in Monifieth and were delighted by the quality of that also.
All the team were tidy, friendly and polite and Dina had prepared a spec pack for the team to use to ensure that everything was installed and fitted in the right place and all the correct products and work were carried out.
We were completely happy with the quality of the Schuller kitchen products we chose and now the kitchen is in use it has completely transformed the room.
We are in the middle of renovating a house and this is by far the best experience we have had with any company we have worked with.
