I required a one-off cleaning of my cottage, prior to it being put up for sale. All rooms were either hoovered & where appropriate, carpets cleaned, or flooring was mopped. Walls were wiped down and shelving & skirting boards dusted and particular attention was paid to the kitchen and bathroom areas which were left spotless. Velux windows were also cleaned.

"Initial contact was made via email, having looked at reviews of the service. Response was swift, clear and unambiguous and an appointment arrange for a member of staff to come and look at the requirements. I asked for couple of options which were later sent to me explaining the price for each. I made a choice and a date was agreed which I was assured would be honoured and indeed it was.
On the agreed date, the Lady who had originally called at the house to view what was required, closely followed by the manager who was undertaking the carpet cleaning and Velux window cleaning.
Michaela worked tirelessly and efficiently all day, barely stopping for a break. She was friendly and chatty but didn't stop except for 2 tiny breaks when I insisted she stop. Michaela also checked that I was happy with what she had done and she had brought all the required equipment and products with her.
Tony also worked efficiently but was also busy dealing with calls and making arrangements for future work, about which he apologised. He too brought everything needed apart from a pair of step-ladders tall enough to do the Veluxes, which I knew I needed to provide.
Tony too was very friendly, chatty and polite and checked I was happy with what was happening. He also recognised that the business was only as good as the people he employed and he was very complimentary about Michaela.
Overall I was very happy with the service, professionalism and friendliness of the owner and employee who put me at my ease, because I am unaccustomed to having cleaners.
My invoice was sent promptly with payment details to allow me to settle the bill swiftly.
All-in-all I was delighted with the service provided."

A 1 off full bedroom clean for my elderly father. All rubbish removed everything put away tidily, carpet cleaned and room sanitised

"Nith Valley Cleaning Services is a wonderful company. I personally worked with Clare. She is an absolutely amazing person. She was so understanding, patient, and kind. Her work ethic is unlike any I’ve ever seen before. She truly went above and beyond to get my home back to where it should be. She hired a waste removal service and helped me uplift things that were no longer of use to my family. She advised me on ways to donate larger items that could be of use to other people. Clare made sure to have a very detailed plan on what she expected to complete and made sure to implement all of my family’s need with that as well. She is absolutely brilliant. I highly recommend this company and Clare to anyone looking for some help. Our home is beautiful now and I’m proud to have people over again. Thank you for helping me. "Couldn’t be happier with the results. The house was left spotless. I’ve never seen the cooker so clean! The whole house was left looking great. The walls were washed down, the skirtings, both bathrooms left spotless.

"Daughter filling out for mum.
We were very pleased with the work carried out. The team were friendly and pleasant, always willing to help with advice where necessary. They were great with mum. We were so pleased that mum now has a regular fortnightly 2hr clean. Gillian is great and we are pleased with her."

One time deep clean of property.

"The team were absolutely fantastic, from Tony being in touch the next day of sending an e-mail, to making the time to come and see the property at really short notice to decide the best course of action, where the different ways the issue could be tackled were clearly explained and weighed against each other with my input. My anxiety was also eased from the get go. On D-Day the team were super friendly and helpful going above and beyond and making a massive difference, the property looks so different to how it did just a mere 8 hours before they finished. Massive thanks to Tony, Deb and Claire for all their kindness, and amazing graft. Would also recommend if you like The The."

"for the last 5 years I have had the same cleaner and when she is on holiday another cleaner steps in to take her place so I know I will always have my home cleaned. My cleaner is reliable and always willing to help in any way she can and I have complete trust in her. I think when you have someone in your home the most important thing is trust and it it so good to know that I can completely trust the women who come in to be honest and do a good job. I would happily recommend Tony and all of the women who clean for me."

"I can only say I was amazed at the difference the ladies made. They were so professional and so happy. They made me feel at ease. They definitely went above and beyond. The house was spotless. I would recommend Nith Valley every time. I would also recommend that they send Debbie and Claire. They came in as strangers and left as friends. Tony is a great guy too. Nith Valley Cleaning Services undertook a deep clean of a farmhouse we are going to be letting out. The house had been empty for 3 years and needed a thorough clean.

"The service provided from my initial enquiry to the job itself has been excellent. The team are professional and have done a wonderful job. The property is immaculate and ready to be let. We will use them again.
I asked for a quote which was provided promptly. Tony managed to squeeze the job in early and it was carried out on time, to spec and to a very high standard.
Everything was done as agreed and we can’t recommend them highly enough."

Deep clean of entire house

"Absolutely fantastic...highly recommend this company. I have had severe mental health problems and as such my house suffered... but staff have been very accommodating and considerate. The work done has been of a very high standard and they helped and worked around any personal issues I had...very professional. Anybody who has mental health issues or just nervous of strangers but needs help with their house I thoroughly recommend you use this company as not only will they work with you and around any issues you may have they do an excellent job."

General clean & polish through house, including cleaning quite a lot of brass etc. items - 2 ladies.

"I messaged the owner of the company about arranging for help to clean, dust & polish through the quite spacious house - not necessarily a “deep clean”. He soon messaged suggesting a date and suggested 2 ladies.

As arranged 2 very nice ladies arrived and after showing them through the house they proceeded to work - quietly and efficiently. There was a brief break at lunchtime and then they let me know when all was done.

It was good to walk through the house afterwards and to see the good job done. We were invoiced as arranged the next morning.

Clear out of all rubbish that had built up while I was unwell.

"Due to a fall in my mental health the state of my home had declined, Tony and his lovely Ladies didn't judge me and calmed my nerves; explaining all that they were going to do and cracked on. They even cleaned the inside of my windows and sills which was more then was asked of them. They were polite and chatty and just wonderful people all round.
They worked on my home over Two days and i'm super happy with how it is now. I'm forever thankfully to them, for understanding and not judging me in my time of need. I wish i could thank you all but i'm terrible with names."

"Tony and the team particularly Gemma are fabulous. At very short notice they completed a one off clean which was complicated by the fact I wasn’t around and so they needed to pick up keys from the estate agent. Tony was kind and professional and Gemma completed the work to a high standard and in very tight timescales. Would definitely recommend."

The job was to clean a small theatre with a conical roof space which was in need of some serious spider removal. Access was difficult owing to the height of the roof however this proved no barrier to Nith Valley Cleaning.

"This is our first involvement with Nith Valley Cleaning however it certainly will not be our last! The quality of the work was superb, as noted above this was a challenging job because of the access and height issues however the quality of the finished work was absolutely superb. From start to finish the service was excellent from getting a quote to getting the work done within the desired period of time in order to fit with other contractors we could not have asked for a better service. Tony and his team did a wonderful job and we will certainly be using them again in the future."

"Wanted a “Spring Clean” prior to putting house and annexe up for sale.

Exceptionally pleased with result.

Will use again in a couple of weeks and also for handover cleaning.

So professional, no exceptional noise, very sensitive to our needs and those of cats and dog.
