Removal – Original and faulty conservatory wall, roof, floor, old back door, gutter box, old rear lounge window plus bricks below, old electrics and plumbing / radiators (2).
Build – New walls plus triple glazing, light aluminium roof plus insulation with artificial roof tiles, new (level) floor, gutter box, composite door to utility room, double French doors to lounge, new electrics, replacing of 4 radiators, plasterboard stud walls and re-decoration.

"I had 2 quotes of similar prices, one only built over old roof using timbers.
Claymore Windows removed everything – down to old brickwork. New triple-glazed walls with a light-weight aluminium roof with thick insulation topped with imitation tiles. Double French doors to outside and also to the lounge. Floor replaced bringing all rooms level, brought light to lounge and utility from full glass doors – made rooms so cheery.
Finished off with plasterboard walls with new electrics, inc. wall-lights. Plumbing to include 3 radiators for all-year living. Roof keeps the conservatory so cool during day and warm at night – complete opposite of before which was unbearable.
Alan who provided the quote was very relaxed, cheerful and friendly. His down-to-earth manner put us at ease and using his model roof, was able to provide all the information we required to make a leisurely decision. No hard-sell tactics at all. The information required regards the council needs and also finances explained, Graham surveyed and sorted problems found in a very expertise manner. Jimmy built with old-school perfectionist trade skills along with Shaun. I would thoroughly recommend this efficient family-feel company. I have 5 times now."
