"The whole female McRae team were SO helpful and a delight to do business with.

Photographs taken of the house and garden were fantastic.

They reassured me when matters got rather fraught getting the solicitors to exchange.

They were SO much better organized than a rival new estate agent in Highams Park who came to value my house.

If I could give them 200% I would! McRaes take the stress out of selling and buying - all were brilliant!

"Selling my flat turned out to be a more longer and more painful journey that I had first expected. After having tried two other local estate agents, before working with McRaes, I definitely appreciated this team and their approach even more. They were an absolute delight to work with.

Professional, but also, warm and friendly. I appreciated the personal approach, which is something you tend to get more with smaller independent companies.

"McCrae’s have provided an excellent service from start to finish. They have been professional, patient and friendly throughout. My sale has not been easy; the property was on and off the market plus the deal nearly fell through right at the end, but throughout the process the team at McCrae’s have helped me take the best course of action, read the market movements, strategised and encouraged. They have a fantastic attention to detail, they are responsive, even to the point of calling during out of hours to give updates and they have always given a level of service that i’d have never found elsewhere. I am of the opinion that house buying/selling doesn’t bring out the best in people, but McCraes are the exception; I would wholeheartedly recommend them."

"McRaes are simply the best. The team are professional, helpful, knowledgeable and go the extra mile for their clients. Craig, Lisa, Jess and the team kept me informed throughout the selling and buying process. When I was unable to get to my solicitor, they picked up the paperwork, brought it to me to sign and returned it to them! What other estate would do that. Nothing was too much trouble, they dealt with any issues promptly and kept me informed all the way through to completion.
If you want an experienced, knowledgeable team to sell or buy a property with, I could not recommend a better team than McRaes. As I said at the beginning simply the best."

"We had a very positive experience with McRae’s.
The reason for not giving 10 out of 10 was primarily due to the original viewing - whereby the agent advised she was unable to answer general questions about the property.
This was a little bit disappointing as we had to make the biggest (financial) decision of our lives based on a very brief viewing.
However since that point we really couldn’t have asked for much more - as first time buyers we weren’t really sure what the relationship between buyer and vendor’s agent would be, if anything, but it was consistently positive despite some difficulties faced from other parties in the process.
If and when we sell, we are very likely to go via McRae’s based on our experience.
