"Mr.Hopper was extremely helpful.He took part in the whole process of my purchase,did not fob me off by directing me to a staff member to answer my numerous queries.

I am a retired person coming back from abroad after some 4 decades & therefore needed a lot of guidance.Having just sold my previous home in Spain I was able to compare the 2 systems & of course this is MY opinion only.I was surprised to find an inaccuracy on the details supplied,the council tax band was incorrect which since I was able to notice this,I wonder why this was not picked up.When I collected the keys I offered my passport to verify that I was indeed the new owner but this was unnecessary.

However I would not want to be critical in any way of the service given to me by Hoppers estate Agency which I found excellent.Rather my experience of selling a number of properties previously under a Continental system which,for me,appears more demanding of both seller & buyer.

As a seller just a short time ago,I needed to produce all my last bills as paid,including council tax along with the contract showing I was the owner.The buyer is reminded that he should inspect the property again in the 24 hours before the completion day to ensure that he is satisfied.At the completion in the Notary´s office,both parties will have to produce identification of himself & each page of the contract is read aloud by the Notary who then signs to say that no debts remain on the property & all details are accurate as proven by his signature.Then this is stamped with his official stamp."

"Hoppers were incredibly helpful in selling the house at the hight of a lockdown. They went the extra mile to get it on the market very quickly and did all the viewings with no extra charge.
Right from the first conversation it was clear that Hoppers knew the market inside out and could give an indication for how much and how quickly the house will sell. They were spot on.
Throughout the whole process communication was brilliant. We were always kept up to date with the developments and all our questions were answered in a timely fashion.
Due to the pandemic, it was difficult for us to empty the house. Hoppers went the extra mile to negotiate with the buyer regarding furniture to be left behind etc.
The process couldn't have been any easier or quicker for us. It was outstanding!"

"We had a very positive experience with this company from beginning to end. They had a great local knowledge of the market and were supportive and realistic in how they advised us. The approach was professional and friendly. The property was under probate and as lockdown rules applied and we were out with the area there were a number of practical issues to resolve in order to clear it and present it to the market. Graeme went out of his way to be helpful in this and always took a positive approach in getting things done and explaining the options.
We had confidence in his handling of viewings and in his advice.

I would use Hoppers again as they have a wonderful knowledge of the how's, why's and what's and their friendly team put you at ease.
