"As I thought I was paying for professional packers, I was disgusted the way my Swarovski crystal was packed (about eight pieces parceled together) where 3 were damaged. Also a Nao figurine and a human figure were broken.
The cost of the damaged pieces is at least £200, but they would only pay £50, which I think is dreadful - will never recommend them to anyone."
