"Very friendly team. However after they left we noticed areas of damage on some teak furniture. We didn't take out insurance with Whites our home policy recovered the move.
Contacted the manager to request their staff take a little more care but his response was dismissive. He only suggested that I should have take out White's insurance. We believe that staff should treat items as if they move their own. Having moved twice with this company in 2021 and experienced damage on both occasions. I could never recommend White's again."
