The move was from a flat on the third floor, with the lift out of order (which was known in advance), to a first floor flat elsewhere also without a lift. It took place over two days which were among the hottest this year, with temperatures of 30 degrees for most of the time, with the third floor flat also being very hot. The team coped with this admirably and were really wonderful despite these challenging circumstances. The move included full packing of belongings which I would thoroughly recommend. I cannot speak highly enough of the team and how well they handled the move. I had been unwell for two weeks beforehand and was as not as well prepared as I had hoped. However, the team dealt with everything in an efficient and professional way, with a calm and friendly manner, and good cheer throughout, which I appreciated very greatly at such a stressful time. As soon as they arrived I felt reassured that the move was in safe hands and this proved to be the case. Everything was handled respectfully and all belongings arrived safely. Huge thanks to the team for truly excellent service. I would recommend them without hesitation.
