Chris explained everything so thoroughly, the admin staff accommodated every change very well and even offered the free piano move.

When the rental ended up being in a country estate, Chris got someone to come straight round and negotiate access with the owner. I can't remember her name but he was knowledgeable and polite.

The four "movers out" and Lee and Tony who moved in did brilliantly in very hot weather.

Lee also made some really good suggestions about the next move in 6 months. We will be using Hadley & Ottaway again - if they'll have us!"
