"Upon arrival at the new property, they also assisted with several additional heavy items not included in the original arrangement, doing so willingly and with good humour. The entire move spanned over seven hours, yet throughout, they remained cheerful, engaging, and meticulously careful, manoeuvring large items through narrow staircases without causing any damage.
