I was firstly very impressed by the initial presentation and consideration of detail. The move went very smoothly with packing loading and unloading being done quickly and efficiently.

From survey through to office staff and the actual movers, everyone was helpful polite patient friendly . It was a very stressful process - we had nine different possible exchange or completion dates and Mandy and other office staff were so helpful. It made the process easier. On moving day the guys were so hard working.

The move out of Poulter was stressful. Nothing was loaded in a logical order. Golf clubs taken when they shouldn't have gone into storage.
 

"The move into the Cheltenham house was a lot smoother. Even though the items coming out of the containers were at random (because of the way they were loaded in) the two lovely gentlemen coped with it all extremely well.
