5 bedrooms house with large garden to 4 bedroom on a high street, with double yellow lines and awkward access.

"This was the least stressful of our 3 moves. The office were helpful and the ladies gave me tips on how to best pack items. They were generous with the boxes and tape, so we didn�t feel pressured to pack things in. On the day they were punctual and polite, asking before moving things and checking what was staying with the house. When we moved to our new property on a busy high street they asked they communicated politely with the neighbours and helped people cross the road when it got tricky. I would without doubt recommend Martells."

Moved out but couldn''t complete the same day. I had guys come the day before to pack and then 2 containers went into storage. The following day they arrived to complete packing and load another 3 containers into storage.

"This was all done so professionally and in a kind caring manner. Everything was packed so well and when everything was delivered to my new property over 2 weeks later it was marked on the box as to what was inside and put in the rooms I wanted. From the moment I called the office speaking to carole and changing my dates quite a few times I was well looked after and reassured at all times. I can only say I have received excellent service from start to finish.

The whole experience of moving is very stressful but Martells made my life so much easier and taking the pressure off by packing everything for me and then transporting my goods 2 weeks later after being stored with them. Would definitely recommend the company."

Our old property access was limited by the width of the drive and it�s steepness. No vehicle could reach the front door whatever size. Added to that there is a busy road.

An 88 mile move from the countryside to a Grade II listed property in a town. Care had to be taken to avoid damage to the lathe and plaster in the new house. Items to be moved included antique chandeliers and mirrors.

"Great experience overall. The team were amazingly helpful, good company and went way beyond what we expected on the day. We would highly recommend Martells.

We were going to use a competitor firm as they specifically stated in their advertising that they were experienced in moving chandeliers. However, Martells were recommended to us by a friend who had used them several times and we decided to go with our friend's recommendation. Martells built individual boxes for our chandeliers and they were all transported safely. Martells should highlight this service in their advertising.

"We required an upright piano to be moved from our home in Sussex to our daughter�s flat in London.
I contacted Martells for a quote. Very reasonable and they were prepared to include our delivery in with another run to keep costs down.
Piano collection was arranged quickly and efficiently. Delivery to our daughter was the same.
I was as impressed with the service we received from the initial call and especially the level of detail and care the company took over our requirements."

"It�s the 1st time I�ve used removals to move as normally I�ve done it myself. However I will always use removals from now on. The admin team were patient as my move date changed twice, speedy in their response, reasonable in price and great value for money. The 2 guys that moved everything put things exactly where asked, offered to help with things like putting bed together, really polite quick and efficient. Nothing seemed to much of a problem. They did the whole process in a few hours. Highly recommend Martells to anyone wishing to move"

"We have used Martells several times in the past. They are very flexible in accommodating changes to removal dates and the place we were moving to, allowing us a reduction in fee when this changed to somewhere nearer than we had expected.

Packing, loading and unloading were all fast and efficient.

Staff are very friendly and took away a lot of the pain and anxiety of a move.

"First class service from start to finish. All staff professional, conscientious and friendly.

Adam was really helpful on our first contact with the company, identifying through his knowledge exactly what our needs were. Working with us to meet tight deadlines and constant communication throughout the process.

Steve visited and gave us full confidence in Martell�s sharing his knowledge and building rapport at first meeting. Our quotation was delivered the same day and at a most competitive price. Although we already knew they were the right company for us.

The crew arrived promptly on the day of the move and were extremely polite and respectful of the items for removal throughout. The process for the move was explained and any questions addressed.

Their work ethic is exceptional and the skill they have in working as a team and planning the packing, an unspoken understanding between each other.
We were repeatedly asked where we would prefer items to be placed as they aimed to make things as practical as possible for settling into the new home.
Each member made the effort to say goodbye and express good wishes for happiness in the new home.

move from surrey to somerset over two days with transshipping at both locations.

"from the punctual arrival on day one it was a real pleasure to work with the guys from Martells. it was a difficult location at both ends of the move which was handled really well without any issues over the 2 day removal.
transhipping was required at both ends and this was handled with no issues, in conclusion I would highly recommend Martells for a stress free removals experience."
