Following exchange of contracts a previous removal firm informed me they were unable to proceed with the removal. Surrey Hills seemed by far the best available option all be it at a significently higher price.

We moved from a large apartment (1948 sq ft) and moved to a 5 bedroom house (3500 sq ft) with our daughter (yet to move from her house). The admin team were hugely patient with our dates as they exchanged quite a few times. Moving from a first floor apartment with lift to a 5 bedroom house with lots of stairs, they were just incredible and made the whole experience so easy.

Downsizing to move all our goods from our married home to a smaller retirement flat, we needed to clear everything, whether to our onward destination, or for disposal -- leaving the flat pristine.
