Staff were friendly & efficient & kept me fully informed. The removals staff were skilled & experienced & handled our possessions with care.

The move went so very smoothly.

I booked a move including waiting time waiver. Unfortunately the move fell thru so my boxes etc were returned to my home. When Anchor arrived on the day, they were early but friendly & helpful. They did dismantle furniture I told them were staying but they reassembled & apologised. They were informative. They helped me navigate what to do when my move fell thru & their kindness helped me during a very stressful time. The support staff were brilliant. I dealt mostly with Rebecca but Jayne was lovely too. Rebecca kept in touch with me when I was waiting to hear about a new move date. I appreciated this as I had alot to remember,was working and very stressed. Two of the same guys from first moved helped on 2nd. Originally they said would take 2 vans but they got it all in one. They called me when monies were transferred but I had gotten keys yet. They said was fine they''d wait outside the property. Then they were kind to take photos of me in front of my new property since it had been weeks of stress. They were professional but friendly. Shout out to Greg & Ryan. Also Gavin on first move, sorry I didn''t remember all their names.

Our move was a large 4 bedroom property with a series of technical challenges including a heavy upright piano and a collection of valuable framed shirts.

Exchange and complete on same day with 1 week notice that all parties in the chain could make the date work. A very tricky chain legally, Anchor were very accomodating and supportive.

The guys that came to move us on the day were nothing but exemplary in their execution on the day. They battled through torrential rain but still got the job done….. Absolute legends!

A difficult move for Anchor as my partner and I were splitting up and so the main house contents had to be delivered to two separate address and very different addresses. On one Friday they took all her contents away to her house nearby in three trips between the house.

Moving house is widely known to be a stressful and demanding process, but Anchor Removals made our experience as smooth and worry-free as possible.

Move from a 2 bed flat to a three bed terrace. Both aspects not the easiest for movers as no lift in the flat building and tight corners to navigate. No driveway leading up to house so the van had to be parked away and all items carried through the back garden.

From a large Victorian semi to a modern much smaller town house

House move. Downsizing from4 bed family home. Few large items, but lots of boxes!

They moved a very heavy church organ which was done very carefully and they weren’t deterred. Not one breakage!!

On the day the vans were over an hour late arriving. All the team introduced themselves and throughout the day were approachable and friendly. The team worked quickly to cover the carpets and then started loading. The team checked in with us and made sure they were clear about everything. At the new house the items were placed in the correct rooms and they helped to put heavy furniture in the right position.

Move involved 1 large vehicle and 1 smaller vehicle to take all our belongings to our new home (1 mile away). This was a downsizing of property and had several challanges for the team on arrival to new property. The large sofa''s had to be dismantled to fit in lounge and then rebuilt. There was a team of three and they worked very hard. About 5 days later the team collected all of the empty boxes and wrapping paper / plastics and took away with them.
