Simple move from large house near village to small bungalow in village.
Packed up in the morning, pause for lunch, delivered in the afternoon.
Workmen were both efficient and also friendly and pleasant.
All items delivered as expected. They were well packed, and I found nothing damaged.
The office staff were friendly and pleasant, and dealt efficiently with the changes which I had to make. Someone on your staff made a small error, and this was competently dealt with. Our only misunderstanding was when I didn''t receive (because I was in the wrong house at the time)the invoice on the day of the move. As I do not do online banking, I went into the office with a cheque. I felt that the confusion and need for me to act quickly gave me some distress. However, with good will on both sides the matter was resolved.
