"Our move was spread over 3 days which was a really good idea.
All the "lads were calm, friendly and very professional, even though we kept asking them to move items that they had correctly placed elsewhere. We were nervous about a very expensive table which was not a problem for them, but I think they won't forget a garden "trough" that tested their strength" Well done to all"

Though only moving from a 2-Bed to a 3-Bed property, within the same part of the town we had a lot of furniture and so there was plenty to do. A tight space and two large wardrobes complicated matters.

"Cannot fault the service from initial call through to moving day - the admin side of things was really well handled - we were important to them, and they held the date for us. On the day, the info provided by the original estimator was really useful and we had packed accordingly which helped the guys co ordinating our move. They were punctual, polite, good humored, very careful with belongings and were speedy too. Cannot fault the service, thank you would recommend and we again in the future. "

"The whole team was fantastic. David was our foreman for both days he was cheerful, professional and nothing was too much trouble. The whole team, Frank and Tommy (Day 1) and Dan and Ben (Day 2) with David in charge over both days, worked incredibly hard. They were all so lovely, it made the experience very relaxed. We would definitely use Andrews again and highly recommend them. Also want to mention Cara and Jacau in the office, who were very efficient and helpful answering our questions over phone and email. "The three men were amazing. They took a fraught move and made it stress free.
When husbands chair wouldn't fit they help remove door and replace it.

At all times they were helpful and funny. Made so much easier for my husband of eighty and myself.

Move over 2 days owing to distance. Tricky moving out lift too small for furniture. Had to wait for carpet fitters who overran.

"Crew very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Quiet, efficient ensured minimal disruption to other residents in flats both moving out and in. Good advice on position of furniture. "
