The move was from my house in Guildford to my new house in Bath. The company stored my belongings for a week as there was a delay in completing my purchase.

We used the packing service spanning 3 days: day 1 pack and store in van; day 2 pack remaining items and take directly to new properly:’; day 3 hold items from day 1: day 4 return can from day 1.

A downsizing move in Surrey. We had many large garden pots and 38 years worth of furniture. The packing up and move took 3.5 days and the only complication was the need to take off some doors in the new property to fit in the larger items.

We were moving from a three bedroom to a two bedroom house. Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. And all the packing done too.

We moved locally from a 3 bed house in which we had been in for over 20 years so a lot of stuff was involved. We opted, on advice, for a 3 day move with the full packing service.

Following exchange of contracts a previous removal firm informed me they were unable to proceed with the removal. Surrey Hills seemed by far the best available option all be it at a significently higher price.

The admin team were hugely patient with our dates as they exchanged quite a few times. Moving from a first floor apartment with lift to a 5 bedroom house with lots of stairs, they were just incredible and made the whole experience so easy.

Downsizing to move all our goods from our married home to a smaller retirement flat, we needed to clear everything, whether to our onward destination, or for disposal -- leaving the flat pristine. All within a tight time frame of consecutive days and involving third parties such as my stepchildren and the estate agent selling the property and Freecycle customers. This added complexity to what was already as challenging as house moves ever are.
