Move was arranged through my employer so don''t have the details on price etc, but involved moving the contents of a 2 bed high floor flat to the West Coast of the US, including a piano, some bikes and a large swinging egg chair.

"All arrangements were done by my employer prior to moving, but team turned up exactly when I was expecting them and they had a team of up to 5 people packing all our possessions extremely efficiently during the two days. They spent the mornings packing and wrapping items, then did an inventory of everything during lunchtime and spent the afternoon transporting them down in the lift and loading into their truck. They were very efficient and courteous throughout, and were more than happy to work around us, which was great as we were at home with a young baby at the time as well. Would definitely recommend them in future."

Military move from a three bed property to another 3 bed property.

"This was an excellent move for us. In about 12 moves this was the most efficient and best we have experienced. It was likely because for the packing and loading we had x4 people to do the work and this made so much difference to other moves where only two people have been to complete all the packing and loading. Then there is usually a game of Tetris trying to load the truck in order to fit all our goods in. We had an extra truck this time which was just brilliant.
The team were friendly and on time."

Dear Mr B
Thank you for your review and I understand that you took delivery of your effects yesterday. As you may know, although you shipped the effects in December 2018, they did not arrive at our warehouse until April 25th and your origin service provider had not fulfilled their agreement to pay our account for customs clearance and delivery. Once payment had been received, delivery was carried out within 2 weeks of the effects being in our control. This is very close to the timescale that we advise any client, therefore I hope that you would accept your remarks are not valid for our part in the shipment. I can only apologise for your disappointment with the part of the service that was not provided by Fox.
