Customer Review

|
After scaffolding was erected, the upper roof insulation was supplied and installed professionally to give my elderly and vulnerable relative improved thermal efficiency at her property. On there pitch roof installation, damaged roof tiles were replaced with new, and rotted felt under roof tiles was removed and replaced with new. An incorrectly laid outlet pipe was corrected. Facia work was upgraded and rotten timber was replaced with new. Original reed and plaster that has been left by previous workman was found, collected and disposed off correctly (fire hazard). Existing insulation was brought up to standard and correctly laid to improve heat loss. A bird comb was put in the eves. Ridge tiles were bedded and pointed and new verge boarding was applied. A cement fillet to main was of house was used. In all, it was an upgrade.
