Two issues around my chimney area causing leakage into attic and onto the ceiling and coving below

"I had CrosbieRoofing do a job for me for the first time recently and I was very pleased with their work. I was concerned when I noticed a hairline crack in my living room coving & brown spots on the ceiling above my fireplace so needed someone to come quickly and assess the situation. Jamie and a colleague did just that and after checking the attic Jamie showed me clear photos of the situation there and again when they assessed the roof they found not 1 but 2 problems around the chimney area. They got busy and dealt with them there and then. Jamie explained fully afterwards what they had done, again with the help of some photos of the before and after the job was complete. I had also asked that he checked the overall condition of the roof and he gave me the reassurance I needed that it was in good condition and photos to confirm this, which was a great weight off my mind after the recent adverse weather. I would highly recommend Jamie & his team, and wouldn’t hesitate to contact them in future if I have any concerns and it is great to know that the work is of a high standard, that they are reliable and also that their charges are very reasonable too."

Roofing repair to garage roof

"Contacting and communicating with the company is quick and easy to do with prompt responses to quote enquiries. Every interaction with members of the team has been excellent and I have found them very helpful. On each visit for either assessment/ quote or to complete work they take photos of the work needing done, talk through the reasons why there is a problem then show you the stages of the work and final outcome. I found this really helpful as I like to understand what the problem was and how they have fixed it. Overall would definitely recommend the team."

Whole section of the roof at block of flats was stripped and replaced by Jamie Crosbie Roofing . He organised rubbish disposal and erection of the necessary scaffolding. The works were fairly large and not straightforward given the height of the block of flats and the difficulty of access from the complex scaffold required. The works were carried out in a timely manner and done to a good standard . I would use Jamie’s services again.
