"This company were very clear in the service they were providing and the product they were supplying. They explained the process from start to finish, they also worked with me to organise the best time for fitting the door as I am a shift worker.

They were clear and concise, they ensured all the arrangements were clear to everyone.

Replacement of 2 upstairs bedroom Windows and a Velux Window

"We had previously had work carried out by Ecofit the previous year and were happy with their work then, so we contacted them to quote for the replacement of our upstairs bedroom windows and a Velux window.

We were happy with the quote provided and asked them to go ahead with the work. Mark and Darrel of Ecofit kept us updated, and the work was programmed to start on 23 March 2026.

The glazier arrived on time. First thing they did was lay down plastic sheeting on which they could walk, from the front door all the way up the stairs to the bedrooms. They then got on with the installation of the bedroom windows, which they managed to do on that day and would have made a good start to Velux, but unfortunately, as it was a Velux window, they required a roofer who failed to show up, so they had to leave that for the day.

Mark from Ecofit phoned me the same day to say that the roofer would be at our place the next morning, which he duly was. The glaziers then returned to complete the job.

The Ecofit lads cleaned everything up after them, and we are happy with the work done."

Had 5 windows and a new front door installed.

"From start to finish thet staff at Ecofit were highly professional. I had a recommendation made by a friend who had used them for their business.

There was a slight delay in installation, however the staff were very professional and apologetic and we got a new installation date sorted for the following week.

I was at work whilst the work was being done, but I gave them instructions which were followed and they communicated extremely well through the process.

We had new double glazing fitted to a bay window comprising of five windows and a single window to a bedroom.

"I cannot state highly enough that if you are thinking of replacing your windows look no further than Eco Fit. From my first involvement with them when their surveyor came to measure and provide a quote, and throughout the installation I was completely satisfied.

There was no hard selling involved, Mark provided us with our quotation, which we felt was very reasonable. Mark explained in great detail how they go about their business, believe me these guys are the best, they absolutely know their business.

When it came to the fitting we could not of been happier with Gary and Frankie who were extremely diligent, very hardworking and so respectful of our home.

As for the windows themselves, we are extremely happy with how they look, the finish is to a very high standard of quality. We went for acoustic glazing and boy what a difference to our sound proofing, it’s fantastic!

Great job everyone, we are so impressed we are going to go ahead and have some more of our windows replaced."

"They quoted a price which considering amount of work involved was really good, out of three others we got quotes from.

The two people who did the work were hard working and considering the terrible weather, rain and wind didn’t seem to bother them. Turned up and finished on dates agreed. Didn’t stop for a break until lunch time and got on with job. The two lads were polite and tided up at end of day.

We are very happy with the completed work. Would not hesitate to recommend them if looking for Door / Window replacement .

4 big windows , one small one and a back door replacing very old double glazing

"The two man team arrived on Wednesday am as agreed . They were polite and kept me informed of what they would do each day .
Both boys Worked very hard in horrendous weather . Work long hours especially when one went off sick . Very cheery boys and polite.
Set out to cover everything up eg carpets before any work done . Cleaned up throughout the process and every night left the house safe for me to be in .
Always explained to me if there was an issue and asked what I would prefer . Explained clearly how anything worked once each window in .
When installed the door they checked I could shut it and lock it easily - changed it next day when I struggled with it !!
Kept in touch when had three small points to complete the next week which was impacted by the weather. When completed they checked I was satisfied with everything that was done .
Very happy with service and work . They cleaned up really well every day . Really happy . I would recommend"

"From the first phone call and initial visit from Mark the service was fantastic. Mark showed me the brochure, I picked what I liked and the quote was provided the next day.

There was no pushy sales pitch, everything was explained clearly and thankfully we didn't have to wait that long as my old door frame was actually broken.

The cost was half of what I'd been quoted from another company for a door that was pretty much the same who came in with a pushy sales pitch and parts of a door to show me how it works... then came the call to 'the boss' which was a bit cringey! No way was I paying £4.5k for a new front door!

The 2 young guys that came to fit the door were friendly and polite, they cleaned up after themselves and done a great job."

Whole large house all 4 bedrooms, , large kitchen and sun room, living room , side door and new patio door all replaced.

"I went with Ecofit because they were a local firm and I’d used them successfully before. They planned and carried out the work to my satisfaction and where there were some minor issues, they corrected them at no extra cost. They were always available and when not, they got back to me quick as they could.
They managed to keep my existing window sills and I was a bit concerned about tiling as there were potential issues in bathrooms and newly fitted kitchen, however , not a mark was left on any tiles.
Overall this was a cost effective, very straightforward installation and all the people involved were very good.
So much so I’ve got one of my daughters to ask for a quote for her!"

REPLACEMENT OF BACK DOOR

"The replacement of our back door was well overdue. We were having work done on our property and took the opportunity to ask the guys who they would recommend. Without hesitation we were given the name “Ecofit”. One of the guys said he had used this company to replace his own doors and windows.

We hadn’t heard of Ecofit but the opinion of another customer, who is a tradesman, goes a long way so we went out to the showroom. We got a friendly welcome and all the advice we needed to choose the new door. This was followed by a quick visit to firm up the quotation. A survey followed and then we were given a provisional date for installation. All the way to installation day everything went smoothly. Payment terms were transparent and timeframe was realistic.

The installation team arrived on time, installed our lovely new door and took away the old door and any rubbish. Nice guys who just got on with the job.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and would use them again.
